At GamecornerNorthPark, we want to give our customers the best shopping experience. That’s why we believe our store policies should be fair, clear, and transparent. Read about them below, and contact us with questions.
Repairs
How It Works
At Game Corner we offer repairs on systems, games, and accessories. When you drop off your repair you will sign a repair form that acknowledges that you are authorizing Game Corner North Park to repair your broken product. You will be contacted by phone when your repair is complete. If for any reason your product is found to be completely unrepairable, it will be returned to you at no cost. All repairs carry a 90 day limited warranty. ALL REPAIRS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS OF COMPLETION. After 30 days the item will be the property of Game Corner and sold to recuperate costs or if unrepairable the item will be recycled.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
We don't offer cash refunds on items that are purchased at the store. We offer in store credit for items that are returned. If you have an item that doesn't work or is faulty we will replace, repair, or offer you in store credit if we aren't able to repair or replace it. We won't honor a return or refund if you do not have the original receipt.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Our Policy
We offer a 30 warranty on items purchased in the store. If the item has been damaged by the purchaser the warranty will be voided.
